Piet Schmidt is conceyving, designing and crafting objects, installations and other things in the field of design, technology and art. Currently studying Contextual Design (M.A.) at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Netherlands. He obtained a B.A. in the New Media Class with Prof. Joachim Sauter at Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK). He worked as a tutor in the New Media Class and in the class for Interface- and Interactiondesign by Prof. Kora Kimpel. Piet works as a freelance creative technologist, designer and artist. As part of the studio allesblinkt he is inventing mechanisms and solutions for small and big installations and apparatuses.
